Looff Carousel : We made it!

I had been thinking about that Looff Carousel since our 4th of July trip to Santa Cruz.  My sister came for a visit later in the month so we took it as an opportunity to make a quick day trip down to the beach and boardwalk.

Even my sister and I enjoyed the ride

What other carousels or other rides do you recommend?

That is a really beautiful carousel! Our kids love carousel rides, too, but mostly I’m talking about tiny plasticky supermarket rides. There is a big one at the Singapore zoo kids area, but given the choice they go for the hand led pony rides. If I found a really beautiful one like that I’d be wanting to have a go myself!
